ECO-ACTIVE STUDENTS: A STEP TOWARD A GREEN FUTURE AT TURAN INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
Turan International University continues to implement various initiatives aimed at strengthening environmental awareness, promoting responsible attitudes toward nature among young people, and contributing to the creation of a greener future. One of these initiatives is a tree-planting campaign organized within the framework of the nationwide “Green Space” project.
Students, faculty members, and university staff actively participated in the event. Through their joint efforts, 40 saplings were planted across the campus territory. This initiative not only beautified the environment, but also marked an important step toward ecological sustainability.
Throughout the campaign, students approached each sapling with care and responsibility, demonstrating that environmental activism is not just an obligation, but a meaningful value that benefits society. This initiative reflects the emergence of a responsible, environmentally conscious, and proactive younger generation.
Turan International University strives to be a leader not only in delivering high-quality international education, but also in creating a green and healthy environment. For the university, a “green campus” represents a place where modern education is harmoniously integrated with environmental values.
